The best aspects of this hotel were its convenient location near Tokyo station and train stations, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel facilities, such as the separate toilet and bathroom in the room, the free snacks and drinks, and the welcome drink and supper meal provided a great touch of hospitality.

Amazing breakfast with a wide range of healthy choices and delicious dishes like ravioli pasta and char siu. Great customer service, especially from Nina, who made our stay more fun. Complimentary light snacks in the afternoon and evening were a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and dreamy pillows provided a relaxing and restful sleep.

Lack of daily cleaning resulted in dusty floors after a few days of stay. Limited laundry facilities with only 2 washers, causing inconvenience during busy hours.
