The best aspects of this hotel were its convenient location near Tokyo station and train stations, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel facilities, such as the separate toilet and bathroom in the room, the free snacks and drinks, and the welcome drink and supper meal provided a great touch of hospitality.

My stay at this luxurious hotel was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Tokyo station. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well laid out and spacious, providing enhanced comfort. I loved that my room had a washing machine, making it so convenient to do laundry during my stay. The hotel also provided toiletries and an am/fm alarm clock, ensuring that all of my needs were met. We had an amazing stay at Karaksa Hotel Colors. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Tokyo station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage early. The housekeeping service was great, with daily towel and bed linen changes. The complimentary snacks in the afternoon and evening were a nice touch. The shower machine in our room was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo.

Amazing breakfast with a wide range of healthy choices and delicious dishes like ravioli pasta and char siu. Great customer service, especially from Nina, who made our stay more fun. Complimentary light snacks in the afternoon and evening were a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and dreamy pillows provided a relaxing and restful sleep.
Lack of daily cleaning resulted in dusty floors after a few days of stay. Limited laundry facilities with only 2 washers, causing inconvenience during busy hours.
